- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Yes the receptionist is very friendly, but the dentists need to work on their bedside manner. I have had only one or two cavities in my life(due to braces) and after one appointment with them I had 3, which is hard to believe. Then when I went to switch my medical records, they do not digitalize at all, get with the times. My father was diagnosed with cavities as well, and when he got them fixed they did a botched job, which caused him quite a bit of pain- only later to find out that he would need it fixed at another dentist.
